Linda Falzani came highly recommended by a trusted friend who had an excellent experience with her as well. I was especially impressed by her super positive energy and motivation to help me attain the perfect home for my teenage daughter and I. Linda was above and beyond helpful and motivated knowing It was so important for us to stay in Downbeach as we had been there for years. After finding our perfect place, She made the process very non stressful and easy for us and I look forward to enjoying many years in our new home. Should I ever move again I would not want to work with anyone else. Falzani really was the best!

Linda is so pleasant to work with. She remains optimistic throughout the process and through all the “hiccups” along the way. We were in a bad situation and Linda pulled it all together and made it happen. I would never use anyone else to sell or buy a home.

Linda is the absolute best realtor in Atlantic county. She communicated with us through every step of the process of selling our home and went above and beyond to get us an above-asking offer. A few days before closing, our buyers lost their financing and the deal almost fell through, but Linda spent 48 hours calling every lender she knew. She found a local lender that qualified our buyers for a loan (note, these were not even her clients), and she saved the sale for us. I really believe no one works harder or is more genuine. She’s now our realtor and our friend for life!

I met Linda back in 2019 , from there we became more like family . I really could sit here and write a story about how we became close and the things that happened in between that led us to where we wanna be,but thats not what you guys wanna know . My girl Linda was more then amazing as my realtor, she helped even after settlement answered questions all different times of the night and genuinely care about me and my family . If you want a realitor that gonna really listen to you , take into account WHAT YOU WANT, and lastly will fight for you then this is your girl ( women ) .

Linda was a great realtor. She made our home buying experience as smooth as possible. Her knowledge of the area was great. She answered the phone every time we called and was on top of all the issues that popped up. Always with a smile and encouraging words to help make what can be a stressfull process just a little easier. She was always available to answer questions, and if she didn't know she was quick to find out and get right back to us. She made us feel like we were her only priority. I would highly recommend her to all my friends and family for their home buying needs. I hope this is my last home but if I need a realtor again I would call Linda first.

Linda was everything and more that we could have asked for in a real estate agent. She was the listing agent on a home my husband and I were interested in so she showed us the house but then instantly became our agent because of not only her professionalism but her all around friendliness and optimistic attitude. When we finally did find our dream home and Linda stayed up with us until midnight making the bids and closing the deal. That was about 4 years ago and we are still friends and in contact to this day! Linda treated us like family and was always a call, email, or text away. Honestly one the hardest working women I know and a true hustler!

We recently bought a house through Remax Realtors with Linda Falzani as our realtor. Though the experience was a little challenging due to issues on the buyers end our realtor, Linda was there every step of the way. Linda was professional and in constant contact with us throughout the entire process. Linda’s support and professionalism showed throughout the process. She called us with every update, usually 4-5 a week. Her ethical practices showed, despite us wanting to freak out on the buyers at times. I would search her out if we ever decide to sell our house and I have already referred her to several friends. She actually is listing a neighbors house who is as pleased with her professionalism and ethical practices as we are. I have had realtors in the past that turned out to be out for themselves and un ethical in their practice leaving us in a pickle. I was hesitant at first when I was given her name (I have had bad experiences with other realtors in the past), but honestly I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to help with the selling of our home and the buying of our new one. If all realtors could be as professional and caring as is she was no one would ever consider “sell by owner.” She knows how to get the job done in a most professional and ethical manner and truly shows that she loves her job and cares about the clients she encounters. Thanks for an awesome experience Linda Falzani!!

She was super easy to work with and always very responsive at all times of day and all throughout the week.
