Linda enjoys helping people through the process and is the communicator in the family. Her motto: “The process is like peeling an onion – you do it one layer at a time.”
David will tell you what you need to hear…whether you want him to or not. This is his “retirement job” and he continues because he loves analyzing/understanding the market.
Together they let you know what the market is doing, what to expect and how to proceed.
They’ve been married over 50 years and work well together. The only time you will might hear them argue is in the car. He claims that when she is giving directions her line is “Oh, you should have turned back there”.
If you want a team that thinks about your needs, rather than just the commission they’ll earn, then Linda and David are there for you. They love their family, community and real estate. They have two successful sons who have married and live within 5 minutes of them; they have 3 high school aged grandkids (who try to keep them technically up-to-date). They’ve lived in Vancouver/Camas since 1981 and have participated in the Vancouver City Council, Rotary, Chamber, Clark College, Junior Achievement, the Arts and more. David has been a local developer/builder in the area as well as Hawaii. Linda has been involved with both extremes of real estate. While a Councilmember she created the Community Housing Resource Center to help first time buyers. She continues to represent Windermere as Vancouver’s Premier Director – interacting with Windermere “luxury” agents from Portland and surrounding areas, the Beach, Central Oregon, Hawaii and more. Believing in the value of networking, she created the Greater Vancouver Luxury Homes several years ago which is made up of “high-end” realtors from Clark County firms.
