Linda was available whenever we wanted to see a house and never encouraged or discouraged our choices. When we finally decided on a house, she represented our offer in a fair professional manner. She then helped us through the “buying” process and continued helping us after our purchase by giving us contact names for projects we wanted to do.

Truth be told, she pretty much had our home sold within about 3 hours of listing it haha

We were in South Korea when we started our journey to find a home. We are first time home buyers so we didn’t have an idea where to start. We also don’t know anybody around the area so I signed up with the local military spouses page to see who they are using as a realtor knowing that we’re in the same situation being miles away. The name “Linda Jones” popped up a couple of times with excellent reviews. We called her to get the “vibes” and after a few words with her, we knew we got someone who can represent us! She was quick to respond to our messages even in the wee hours here in Va (daytime in Korea). We got disappointed when our first offer wasn’t accepted but Linda kept our hopes up with her encouraging words that there’s that one house for us for sure. True enough, only 6 weeks after our offer accepted, we moved in to our very first home! We walked into the house complete with the essential things that we need from kitchen utensils, cleaning materials, garden tools and even a lawn mower!! She negotiated with the sellers so much things for us. She truly was our eyes all throughout the process. Linda is honest and we really felt that she’s on our side. She’s familiar with VA loan and answered our questions about it. Linda made sure that we are happy with our purchase and she did! She goes well over beyond what you can expect from a realtor! ❤️

Linda is AMAZING!! She had so much patience with us and our needs/wants as we searched for the perfect home for a few years. Her work is top notchand she responded any time even when she was on vacation she presented an offer for a house we wanted. When we finally found THE ONE she got us in to see it in person within 24 hours. With a baby in NICU (she made it easy) she fought for us to get the home of our dreams to raise our family in.
