09/17/2016 - Mark Cheslik : I bought my first Scottsdale, AZ, condo in September, 2011. At that time I lived in Washington State, so I began my search online, but I also knew that I would need help from someone who lived in the Phoenix area and knew the Phoenix neighborhoods. So I searched real estate websites for property to buy and for a real estate agent. At that time I met Linda Leavitt through her website. I sent out several emails to several different websites, but the only person to respond was Linda. Linda was always was very responsive to each email, which was important to me, as email is my main mode of communication. She did also respond quickly to phone calls, but I tried to keep those to a minimum. Linda helped me focus my search in the most profitable neighborhoods and I finally settled on a 2 BR / 2BA condo in Scottsdale. She was a huge help in all the steps of the buying process, as I only traveled to Phoenix one time, to inspect the condo. At the time we entered escrow, Linda went into overdrive, making sure all the paper work was completed, and everyone was happy. I was very satisfied with the purchase and subsequent rental of the property. Since that purchase date, I have sold the same condo, also using Linda as the sellers agent, and I nearly doubled my money. So --- thank you, thank you, and thank you, Linda! And, for anyone that thinks I am telling a big stretcher, please refer to the public, online documents for the condo located at 4354 N 82ND St #158, Scottsdale, AZ 8525. Or, ask Linda to show you the buy and sell documents for this condo. She can send you the info. through an email. I bought September 26, 2011 for $68,500 and sold December 18, 2015 for $137,000. Since that first purchase, Linda also helped me buy a second property. That property has also greatly increased in value, but I have no current plans to sell. However, when I do make plans to sell, I sure hope Linda is still in the real estate business, because she will be the first real estate agent I email. Thanks again Linda!Less

09/12/2016 - Eugene Boyarkin : On time, honest, provided with all that was needed and more. Has connection to other services. Helped find inspector fast and not expensive. Did convince to have seller pay for home warranty which I already ended up using in my second month. Thank you Linda.
