Linda was fantastic. Didn't pressure me to make changes to the home for showings and didn't try to rush the sale. She did a great job on comps that allowed us to list near the top of the market while giving me flexibility to be able to offer allowances or seller's assistance and stay above my minimum acceptable price. She let the market play out and bided time for the right buyer to come along over several months. Ultimately the strategy worked out and landed an offer that exceeded my initial expectations. Another agency advised me I'd have to sell the home for 45K less than what I was able to sell for with Linda. She also referred a pest inspector that was very affordable and supplied documentation to the appraiser to justify the final appraisal value. She sent me weekly updates throughout the sale and kept me informed and educated during every phase of the actual transaction. I couldn't have asked for anything more from my agent.
