In 2018, Linda Ragland received her real estate agent license and joined Womack Development & Investment
Realtors, Inc. as a full time residential and commercial real estate sales agent, where she is a top
producer with the firm.

Linda Ragland’s professional career began in the banking industry followed by a 30+ year career in the
media industry. She is currently working in the real estate industry in Houston, TX, where she resides.

Ragland’s first job in the banking industry was in 1979 with Benjamin Franklin Savings and Loan as an
IRA/Keogh Specialist. Her first job in media was in 1984 with E.W. Scripps Company, newspaper.

Linda Ragland had quite a unique and successful career in the media and entertainment industry. Her
media path included media broadcast sales with Summit Communications, iHeartMedia, Inc. and Radio
One Inc.; with a broad client base of Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, universities, retail,
home builders and others. During her 2000 – 2015 sixteen-year tenure with Radio One, Inc., she served
as a marketing/sales consultant and as a non-traditional revenue (NTR) marketing manager. Her
experience in the entertainment industry included working as General Manager for Music World
Entertainment, former management company for Beyonce’ Knowles and other artists.

Linda Ragland is very engaged in community outreach initiates and has received numerous awards and
recognitions to include recognition from The City of Houston, 2102 and 2020; and U.S. House Of
Representatives Certificate of Congressional Recognition, 2012.
