I have worked in the mortgage business for over 20 years and when it came time for my Mom to sell her house - Linda was an obvious choice. Yet, she still exceeded my expectations. From helping to determine what areas to focus on for the best return on investment to helping with staging Linda was an invaluable resource. She even went and bought a beautiful planter full of flowers for the front porch to welcome potential buyers and make the pictures look fantastic!

Throughout the process Linda was responsive, informative and deftly handled the negotiations. Her kindness, dedication and caring spirit made my Mom feel at ease which is quite an accomplishment. Do yourself a favor and call Linda - you will be grateful you did, I know I sure am!
