Linda helped us buy our new home in Folsom and she was absolutely amazing! She is very responsive, very transparent on the pros and cons of each house and not pushing to “buy” at anytime and has the best interests of her client at heart. She always quickly responded, showed up on time and connected with all the right people as we considered other needs such as renovations etc., We have really enjoyed working with her and she is now one of our best friends to our family.

I have known Linda for over 15 years, and have been privileged to know her both as a friend and a business associate. Linda is incredibly hard working, determined and focused. Linda has many admirable traits about her, but the trait I’ve grown to admire most about her is her practice of “growing quietly.” I believe this inherent quality of Linda’s is just one attribute of many which lends itself to her being a successful real estate agent, and in her ability to help other’s grow and achieve their goals, whether that is to buy/sell a home or to achieve personal life goals. The fact that she herself has accomplished so much, with such humility, grace (and impeccable style!) is telling of what kind of a person she is, and what she can offer clients.

Linda Saddouq is an excellent real estate agent! If you are looking for someone who is reliable, detail oriented, punctual and responsive she is the person to get in touch with! Linda helped my husband and I buy a home in the Placer County CA area in less than two months! She has been extremely diligent in helping us schedule housing inspections and maintained great communication with the sellers of the home during our escrow process. Any time I had a question for her she would respond within the hour, I can't say enough good things about her!
