Former ballerina Lindsay Coe, now a top producing agent for LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, has found a way to merge her two passions—ballet and real estate. Born in Syracuse, NY, Lindsay lived in several states before settling in Colorado, where she’s served her clients with integrity for the past decade. Her market expertise, professionalism, and ease with people make her a premier broker in the greater Denver area. Living in Arvada and working out of the Cherry Creek office, Lindsay focuses on properties from Boulder to Castle Rock, Denver to the foothills. She also specializes in historic homes and horse properties and has closed three record sales.

Lindsay’s clients are enthusiastic about working with her, describing her as caring, trustworthy, patient, communicative and always available. Reflecting her passion for the arts, Lindsay serves on the events committee for the Colorado Business Committee for the Arts, a non-profit organization that champions creative industries and educates the business community about the importance of the arts. At home, she is a cat mama to Mache and Blanca, and spends her free time dancing, traveling, and adventuring all around the world.
