Lindsay is a knowledgeable and efficient realtor. She priced our parent’s home correctly. She provided a list of concrete actions to prep for sale: water and well tests, radon, chimney inspection etc. When we had competing offers within 12 days, we were able to close quickly because we followed her guidance. I enthusiastically recommend Lindsay-she’s professional, warm, and an expert. Plus it’s clear she loves real estate and helping people through the process of selling their home.

Lindsay is the best real estate agent in Upstate NY. Three other agents had failed miserably at selling my house. Lindsay took my house that was in worse shape then it was for the other agents and sold it in about 6 weeks. I highly recommend Lindsay to anyone who is looking for an amazing agent.

Alanie Woodin is the best! I had no idea how much effort went into selling a home until she got the job done! I had been contemplating selling for years but never had the courage until she announced her new title with Hart & Home. I trusted Alanie and felt comfortable with the decision after meeting with her and seeing the marketing style she had proposed. This being her first sell- it felt organic, simply kismet. If there was anything I wasn't sure about, she assured me with an answer and if she didn't know, she was honest with me and reached out to her team for the answer. She always came back in a very short time. She kept me apprised about showings and how to prepare for the next steps (extremely helpful to a 1st-time seller). She went out of her way to help out wherever she could. I give her five stars for her flexibility and her promptness in returning messages. She was extremely thorough and professional during the entire process. Alanie worked well beyond what one could ever expect. From staying in touch constantly, to helping with the animals, or giving recommendations that put us ahead of schedule. There wasn't anything that she didn't think of to keep us on target. With this team, you can't go wrong.

The unbelievable Drone video footage taken of our home which overlooked Seneca Lake was spectacular and a huge selling asset when drawing the buyer from California. First Lindsay met me at a very short notice since I was up in the Trumansburg area due to my mother’s death, that counted a lot. Then she put my house on the market and I had great communication from her during the whole process! I don’t live in the state. Unfortunately the renters did a job on my house but she did a remarkable job selling it! She even found someone to winterize it for me.
I highly recommend Lindsay if your looking to sell or buy a house!

Lindsay helped us sell our home and purchase a new one. We had some issues with our first choice for purchase (on the sellers side) and eventually had to part ways and find a new option- Lindsay was there with us every step of the way and couldn’t have been more supportive, available, and ready to help and any given moment. She made sure we were aware of any new homes and was able to quickly secure viewings of those homes- and we found the perfect place! She (and her cohorts) are the best around and we wouldn’t recommend anyone else when it comes to buying and selling!

Initial experience with Lindsay was great; she was professional, helpful and understood Tompkins/Seneca real estate market. The property for sale was in excellent condition and went under contract quickly. The reason why I only gave 4 stars is because I expected better follow through on the post contract signing portion of the transaction. I was disappointed that she wasn't present during the final walk through prior to closing and assistance with communication during closing process was lacking.

Lindsay helped us sell our cottage in the Finger Lakes. Not only did she price the listing perfectly (while others were lowballing it), she was able to get it sold within 2 weeks at above the asking price. We could not have asked for better service, better representation and a better outcome.
