Our experience working with Ling Li on the recent purchase of our first home was an amazing and smooth process, that quite frankly we did not expect to complete so quickly. Her attention to all of the details involved with the selling agent, the bank, escrow officer and inspectors took so much pressure off of our shoulders! We feel so fortunate we were able to have Ling as our agent as she was so kind and thoughtful through the entire process. So many little items we were unaware of that others would never have explained, Ling was courteous and respectful in carefully making sure we understood the wording. She was so professional and warm hearted, and never hesitated in meeting or calling us to confirm some confusion we had during the process. Firstly, I wanted to comment on Ling Li's professionalism and courtesy she showed to us during the purchase of our home earlier this year. Being a 1st time buyer there were so many items we had little clue about, but Ling took the time to clearly explain each one with us so we could understand our options.
