I cannot say enough good things about the realtor, Lisa Arcano, but I will list many here. First I would like to say how personable and warm she is which made our estate sale much easier both technically and emotionally. Lisa is prompt at replying to all your questions and fast and reliable at doing the many steps involved in the sale of a home. She knows the industry so well, including the market and even your particular neighborhood. Lisa is incredibly hard working and is always available to answer questions. She takes care of so many of the details, including preparing the house for sale, staging the house, listing the house and promoting the sale in a thoughtful and considerate manner, making sure all of the necessary certifications and steps have been taken care of for the sale, and following through all the way to the closing. Again, I can't say enough good things about Lisa, other than to say that I highly recommend her.

When we first met Lisa Arcano, she was friendly, personable and knowledgeable.
She guided us through the process efficiently and effectively without missing a beat.
She advised us when to list, how much and then helped us get the home ready for showings.
It was a pleasure to work with someone who is not only market knowledgeable but treated us like family.
That is important in today’s society, because far too often people are treated now a days like a number.
We never received that feeling from her. If you are not using Lisa to sell your home, then don’t list it.

We are thoroughly satisfied and would recommend her a thousand times over.

Lisa was a pro from start to finish. I had already moved out of state and Lisa made herself available to meet inspectors, appraisers and any one else I could not be available for.
The home was empty and Lisa did some light staging to make it feel more inviting. The photos taken for the on line profile made the home stand out from the rest.
The buyers were from North Jersey and Lisa made the 2 hour trek to be at closing, even though she didn't have to be.
If you want someone you can count on to handle your transaction in a timely, professional manner, Lisa is the one!

Lisa is simply the best! After selling our house in the city we spent months searching for a home in a ‘’sellers’’ market. We were ready to give up. After over a year off searching for our next home with no luck…. a friend referred us to Lisa! We were on last hope and were ready to start renting as housing market is brutal! Lisa assured us that we would have a house in 6 months! Well Lisa made that happen and then some! After two offers accepted then seller backing out last minute, Lisa kept on searching for us daily! The one thing to know about Lisa is that she strives to keep things as simple as they can be for her clients. We utilized Lisa as both our buyer and seller agent and I am still amazed at how simple she was able to keep everything for us despite having two small kids...in the middle of a crazy market...and around the holidays. She was our advocate and, frankly, our sanity at some points as well. Simply put Lisa went above and beyond for our family and we cannot recommend Lisa enough.
