I would highly recommend Lisa Bartlett as a real estate agent. She worked with us for months (remotely since we live in Massachusetts) in narrowing down our home search. We are going to be snowbirds, getting out of the New England winters. She provided excellent information on the areas we were looking at and she was spot on with understanding what we were looking for and steering us away from areas that she knew we wouldn't like. She was very patient in bringing us to these areas even though she knew we wouldn't like it, just to satisfy our curiosity. The entire process from start to finish was very quick and easy.
