Lisa Brende

Lisa Brende is a partner in Chris and Lisa Real Estate. Lisa began her career at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Los Feliz in 2003 and quickly established herself as a top-producing agent. She partnered with Chris Corkum in 2012 and together they offer the highest level of service and attention with every client.

She has listed and sold properties from Santa Monica to Downtown LA, specializing in Los Feliz, Hollywood Hills, Silver Lake, Sherman Oaks and Valley Village. Lisa's professionalism, experience, level of service, negotiating skills, and integrity all contribute to her clients’ success.

Prior to real estate, Lisa worked in the entertainment industry after graduating with a BA in Film Studies from UC Santa Barbara. Lisa resides in Valley Village with her wife and daughter, and spends her free time planning adventures for the three of them around Los Angeles. She is also a proud mom to beautiful tuxedo rescue cats.
