Lisa has a can do attitude and is professional in her approach. We were selling a home two hours from our permanent residence and during a time when we were traveling. Lisa, committed to being available to meet with contractors and inspectors in our stead. She took initiative to perform numerous tasks to keep the process moving. Lisa got our Charlottesville home sold during a transitionary period in the real estate market due to interest rate hikes, threat of recession, etc. She reassured my wife and I that there was a buyer out there and that they just needed to be found. She was right and I appreciate the hard work she put into selling our home of 20 years so we could relocate to Richmond to be close to our daughter's family.

Lisa helped me find the just-right home to meet my space and financial needs. We looked at several possibilities before the best option became available, and she honestly pointed out features with some early properties that made them less appropriate for my age and physical capabilities. She worked to ensure that I would be happy rather than pushing to make a sale. She tended to every detail before and after the sale, making sure that I had and understood all documents and information on time, and when I closed she made sure that I had good contractors to tend to necessary services and needs. Lisa is the best! We have purchased 3 homes in Charlottesville with Lisa and have had a terrific experience with all of them. Lisa is so knowledgeable about the area. She listens to what we want and helps find the perfect home. Lisa is very friendly and helpful.
The relationship does not end when the sale is complete. We are constantly reaching out to Lisa for advice on lawn care, handymen, cleaning, furniture stores, etc. She is always will to help. It was a pleasure working with her.

Lisa is the ultimate professional. Her knowledge of the current market and the Charlottesville area/ surrounding counties was superb. We were living out of the area and provided some potential candidates found online - she coordinated visits and added additional properties based on her local knowledge.
