Lisa Gould with Kentwood Real Estate was everything I could have hoped for in a realtor and more. She was kind and extremely generous with her time and counsel. She went out of her way to deal with a multitude of issues that came up during the purchase. She set up the property inspection and survey using her own connections. She was on time to our meetings and usually picked up the phone on the first or second ring, and when she couldn't she called back or texted as soon as she was able. She even showed up as my proxy when I couldn't make meetings or walk-throughs. I trusted her judgement from the start and felt she was always looking out for my best interests and never let her own feelings get in the way of getting me what I was asking for. I will use her again in a heartbeat.
