Lisa Gudath

Prior to earning her Real Estate License in Florida, Lisa was an accomplished Real Estate Agent in Massachusetts. She has been described by her clients in the real estate industry as diligent, patient, responsive and honest. She credits her success to her ability to develop an understanding of the wants and needs of each of her clients. She understands the importance of follow-up and follow-through, and making sure that her clients know she is there and working for them.

Lisa began her career as an Information Technology professional in Flagstaff, Arizona as the owner of the local technology provider CompDirect. She went on to become the Network Administrator at Multi-Systems, Inc. a software company in the Hospitality sector. She later moved to Boston, MA, where she spend the remainder of her 22-year technology career as the Technology Administrator of a Special Education Collaborative.

Lisa transitioned into real estate and became the #2 top producing agent in her company during her first year. As a Florida native who was born and raised in Brandon and Tampa, attended Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, and now calls St. Pete Beach home, she is well versed in the Tampa Bay area.
