Coming from abroad, even if we had experience in buying a house, the process is very different. Lisa explained us all the details and answered all the questions we had until we felt comfortable moving to the next step. She gave us the time we needed, provided advice and guidance but always let us make our own decisions. Having a good real estate agent is critical to having a good buying experience. Lisa exceeded our expectations, she managed to remove all roadblocks and uncertainties until closure. We are now in our new home for 2 months, we haven't had any issues and everything went really smooth since we entered into contract with the previous owner, from inspection, repairs follow-up, paperwork... to signature. She did great. She patiently and friendly showed as many house as was on the market. She also always was on top of the market and immediately would show me the new houses that would come to the market and had my criteria. With her help I found and bought the house that fell in love with and did not want to leave it ever. Now this year when I had to move to Cleveland I asked her to help me to sell the same house for me. This time she even did more excellent work for me. While I was not In Boise she went out of her way. She helped to stage the house and made sure it was always ready for show. She is extremely good in negotiating with buyers and their agent. When we had the buyer, she did much more and made sure the deal would go through and not fall apart for small matters. She explained all the steps of closing and always made sure I have the information that I need to sign the closing comfortably.
