About Lisa

Lisa Hubschman was born and raised in Omaha Nebraska. She grew up in Real Estate and always found it very interesting helping her mother and watching her work with her huge heart helping people find their perfect home.

Lisa graduated from Marian High School and attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha in business until she decided to go off and spread my wings into the wonderful world of aviation! She is a former Flight Attendant with Eastern and American Airlines and have over 30 years providing excellent and pristine customer service.

She has four beautiful children and is the owner and founder of a business called A SIMPLE NEST, L.L.C. This is a start to finish business helping people relieving the stress of moving, downsizing, decluttering, estate sales, clean-outs, selling, buying and transitioning to their next home. She will guide them along their journey.

She has ten years experience with transitioning clients and also have gone through this personally with my Grandmother. In addition, She can help when a loved one passes away, helping the spouse and family make decisions and guide them as well. She has gone through this, loosing my mother unexpectedly at a tender age of 72.

Now, following in her late mothers, Marylee Hubschmans, footsteps in real estate, she is here to help with all your moving needs. Lisa is very passionate about her work. She finds that each client is very special and her job is very rewarding.
