WORK HISTORY:
Hardworking, dedicated, knowledgeable, and yes strong-willed, are all words that can describe Lisa Kortens. Lisa came into the Real Estate industry after working 10 years in the Human Services industry with a Master’s of Science in Rehabilitation Psychology from UW-Madison and taking some time out of the career force to raise her family. Her passion for helping others and desire to run her own business brought her to begin a career in Real Estate in 2004. Helping people to make the best decisions for themselves and their families when buying or selling a home, keeping up with educational opportunities in the industry and utilizing the tools and training are of the utmost importance. You will find that not only is she professional, but she becomes your ally, your trusted partner and friend. A focus on building relationships, not transactions, is her goal.

In 2008 Lisa found the perfect business partner in Tim Krause. Their skill sets are complimentary, and yes, the humor and support they bring each other keeps them running! FAMILY / RECREATION:
In Lisa's free time, she loves to spend time with her 3 children, husband, and of course their pup Bogey! She also loves to be outdoors biking, hiking, camping, boating, golfing or relaxing on the patio with a cold beverage on a warm sunny day! Spending any time with family and friends, hosting cookouts, making new recipes, and game days are always full of laughter and fun!
