Lisa Leonard’s relocation career began in 1985 when she served as a recruiter with a 13-state territory. In 1995 she joined the Zeitlin Sotheby’s International Realty family honing her skills working with relocating clients all over the US. This has given her empathy and insight to the needs of individuals and families she helps move to the vibrant city of Nashville. Lisa’s target area reaches far beyond the inner loop of Nashville. She works with clients in the Middle Tennessee region and in many outlying areas. Counties include but are not limited to Cheatham, Davidson, Maury, Robertson, Rutherford, Sumner, Williamson and Wilson counties. Whether a client is buying their first home, a fixer-upper, single family home or condo, Lisa has the experience needed to navigate the process. In addition, she is well-versed with those who are searching for acreage, land/farms, equestrian properties and lake homes. Zeitlin Sotheby’s International Realty is very proud to be one of the few companies who have a dedicated Relocation Department. This, coupled with Zeitlin’s Sotheby’s affiliation, means Lisa is delighted to assist buyers and sellers, friends, and family anywhere in the US and abroad. Lisa’s personal activities include: continuing Relocation/Real Estate education, involvement with Boy Scouts of America, The Porter Leathe Foundation, Women’s Club of Nashville, Habitat for Humanity, Second Harvest, Caring Bridges in Williamson County and Making Strides in Breast Cancer. Lisa and her family enjoy boating, riding trails with their horses, horse shows, their dogs, turtles, and football. Lisa is a member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, NAR GREEN Resource Council and Real Estate Buyers Agent Council.
