I have known Lisa Masterson for approximately 20 years. I have purchased and sold 4 houses in Kinnelon with Lisa as our agent. I have recommended her to many of my friends over the years. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. She has always gone above and beyond, always making herself available whenever we needed her or had a question about anything. I consider her a personal friend because that's what happens after you meet her. She is a lovely person and a pleasure to do business with.

I met Lisa Masterson many years ago through our daughters who were friends. We moved into Smoke Rise in 1985. In 1998 we decided to try and sell our home to move to a nicer one---we asked the realtor we bought our home from to list the house. She was unable to sell our home and we took it off the market. In 1999 we listed our home again, this time with Lisa Masterson! Lisa suggested we make inexpensive updates (less than $1500!) and was able to sell our house within three months! In 2014 we decided to sell our house and move to NYC where I work. One of our friends was a realtor and we agreed to list the house with them. The house did not sell and when the contract was up we decided to call Lisa! Lisa sold our home within a few months!! Lisa is smart, hard working and knows the market in NJ extremely well. She will not waste your time and will always be honest regarding what she thinks a home will sell for. If you want someone knowledgable, tenacious with integrity, who will sell your home quickly, Lisa is the realtor you want!

Lisa is one of the hardest working agent's I know. She has a ton of knowledge especially in the Kinnelon/ Smoke Rise community. Lisa is a connector - I always turn to her for advice on business professionals in the local area (painter, builder, architect, caterer) - and they have all proved to be professional ! Lisa Masterson is the best real estate agent I haver ever dealt with. She was so supportive throughout our entire process of selling our house, buying a new house and selling my moms house.
