Lisa Mochizuki

Lisa has been a full-time, real estate professional starting in 2001, obtaining her broker’s license in 2004. Following college in California and graduate school in public policy and law in Colorado, Lisa was hired as a consultant for public policy in the area of real estate in Napa Valley, commuting for 5 years while working concurrently in Fresno in her own boutique real estate firm in Fresno, specializing in office, retail, investment and industrial properties. Colliers International then recruited her for her negotiation skills. She then became part of their premium retail team and the first female broker in their office from 2007-2010. Following that, she decided to expand her network under the Berkshire Hathaway umbrella, pursuing predominately home sales and investment properties in Guarantee’s largest branch at Woodward Park. Now, she has once again returned to continue her boutique-style, customized real estate firm, adding residential and commercial redevelopment, broker opinion of value services, and customized property solutions including redevelopment, Airbnb, and long-term rentals. We have helped hundreds of families achieve their American dreams.
