About Lisa

I am a Broker Associate for Re/Max Suburban, with 14+ years of REO/BPO experience. I have two years Freddie Mac Experience, and a total of 23 years experience in Illinois Real Estate. My specialty is Residential Real Estate in Lake County, McHenry County, and the North Shore of Illinois!

Any type of Residential Real Estate will do. I LOVE most of it. Listing, Selling, Buying, Renting, Negotiating, Meeting New People, Making New Friends, it's all fascinating to me!

My specialty? Short Sales. But, I understand REO's, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, Auctions, Investments, Luxury, New Construction, Waterfront, Remodeling, Relocation, Buying, Selling, Renting and Traditional Real Estate. Not necessarily in that order, not necessarily listed by preference or ease or experience level. I definitely think outside of the box. There are very few people, things or challeneges that I am unwilling to face. I live by the word WHY? And I've learned a lot by asking that question. Whether I really wanted to know the answer or not.

For my clients who already know me I think they would say that I'm a fun-loving, humorous, down to earth, REAL, kind of a girl. At least I hope so, because that's the feedback I've been getting. I give you honest and trustworthy advice, and let the decison be yours. Ofcourse, many of them have become my friends over the years, so maybe their viewpoint is a little biased. Please take a chance and determine for yourself.

My regular office hours are Monday - Friday 9am-2pm. Saturdays and Sundays by appointment only!

However, I may not always be in the office, or I wouldn't be doing my job! So please call ahead, and let me know you're coming, so I can make sure I'm there for you and can focus all of my attention on you!

After 2pm, I'm cheering on my favorite Soccer Team, on most days. Go Orange! I am especially fond of the Goalie!

I do try to give my family one day of facetime with me, usually, it's Sunday. But, I'm always just a phone call, email or text message away. Even at 3am. That goes for my clients AND my Colleagues. So no matter what time of day, or the current situation, or what side of the transaction I'm on, you will always have my full attention, and be my #1 priority.

I like most people and I give everything I've got to help you in your Real Estate goals, needs, requests and desires, no matter what that is. If I am unable to help you, I will find you someone that can. But, I am completely upfront and honest. You may not always like what I have to say, but generally people like me back.

I do not over promise and under deliver. Although each listing that I take is catered to my clients needs. Each client is different, so I do not have a stock listing presentation with a lot of bells and whistles about how great I am. I just bring my trusty laptop with me and give you a perfect snapshot of what is going on in the market when we meet. Numbers don't lie! My information is Accurate, Precise, and Current.

Many people have told me that they were impressed at how "hands on" I was. How knowing that I cared about them, helped their Real Estate experience be that much easier and created fond memories for them.

Many times, a Real Estate Transaction is the biggest expense someone will ever have in their lifetime. So, I try to make it as special and memorable as I possibly can. Afterall, we are about to embark on a journey about you. So, let's make sure you are happy.

Since I touched on the fact that I'm hands on, I might as well address that now. I've had a team in the past, and what I found is that I could not effectively give the kind of service needed in the current real estate market. So, I eliminated most of my team, through attrition, and brought it back down to a level where I can give my clients the customized service they are looking for and need in this type of market.
