When we bought a home through Lisa Swanson, she went out of her way to work around our schedules; when we quickly discovered that Lisa thoroughly grasped all the knowledge needed for the transaction. We also sold our home shortly after, and her expertise shined through. Little issues that naturally occur in the process stressed me out until Lisa explained all the factors and potential outcomes. Lisa was so patient with all our questions & needs! She listened to what we wanted and helped us find the perfect next home for our family. She helped us sell our home and facilitated a simultaneous closing to minimize our time in between homes. We hope to never move again, but I'd call her again in a heartbeat if we had to!
