Lisa Tawney was absolutely on top of every communication between me, the lenders, sellers and realtors to make our official buy so easy. She answered texts from me in the early and late hours of the day so we didn’t miss out on seeing any house we wanted before it was too late. We put in an offer in the house we’re in now on July 9th and we had the keys less than a month later. As time consuming as everything feels and seems, this was effortless for her! Lisa has helped us to purchase two amazing investment properties in Spokane over the course of a few years. She is an amazing agent, responds day and night to her clients and worked very quickly to help us beat other offers in a very competitive market. She is extremely knowledgeable about the Spokane area and real estate trends. From start to finish, Lisa went above and beyond to help us purchase our properties 100% remotely, from sending us video walk-through footage to picking up our keys at closing. We have so much trust in Lisa that we purchased both properties without ever going to Spokane to view them. She was excellent in meeting all our demands throughout the closing negotiations and our final purchase prices were lower because the sellers compensated us for needed repairs. She made excellent referrals throughout to inspectors and other professionals to help us with every aspect of the purchase. We would love to have Lisa for all our future investments in Spokane.

The agents here were personable, easy to work with, accommodating, and very understanding.

I moved from out of state, so we had to do video calls, videos for later reviews, and they were able to and willing to do the leg work for us. With multiple viewings during some of the hottest days, they made it easy on us. They guided us through the process, and when we were having issues with deciding if a place was right, or placing a bid and just general roadblocks, they were our rocks keeping us moving forward.

Lisa was a really good realtor for us. She is very nice and professional. She is a hard worker. She would put together offers even if we probably didn't have a chance at our offer being accepted. Me and my parents all had to look at the houses and most of the time at different times. So she showed us every house 2 or 3 times with no problem at all. She stuck with us through our 6 month journey of finding a house and getting an offer accepted.

Lisa was incredible to work with! Very fast on communication and what things I needed to do to move the sale along and very quick response to any and all questions I had. My house was on the market for less than 24 hours and had a constant steam of interested parties coming to check out the house. Had two offers within the day and house was sold for more than I put it on the market for. Could not more highly recommend Lisa and her team for an incredibly smooth process from start to finish in selling my house, and for their wonderful communication with every step. Lisa set the bar very high for my experience in selling my home and I would recommend her highly to anyone and will absolutely be calling her again in the future!
