Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $150K in Sioux Falls, SD. --- My wife and I were looking for our first home and a coworker of mine recommended Lisa. Let me just say that I will ALWAYS listen to that coworker from now on! Lisa was absolutely incredible to work with. She stuck to our budget and was always straightforward with us. Her honesty and transparency allowed us to use our time efficiently and we found a wonderful home with recent renovations for a very fair price. Between our offer being accepted and closing, we had difficulties with our mortgage company. They procrastinated and dropped the ball on several things despite having more time than they requested to close. I went through US Bank who asked for 30 days to close and we gave them 34, yet they didn't order the appraisal until 3 business days prior to closing! Being our first home, my wife and I were clueless about the whole process, but Lisa handled everything for us and we were able to close on the day we set in our offer despite the bank trying to push it back a full week! I don't think there is another realtor out there that works as hard for her clients as Lisa does, she truly was a perfect fit for a first time home buyer and went above and beyond. Thanks again Lisa!

After i told her what type of property i was looking for she showed me everything that was available. we usually met a couple times a week and as soon as something cam on the market she called and we went to look at it. She was very patient with me. she helped me make the right decision when it came to which house was best for me. this was my first home purchase and welcomed the help.

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $175K in Tea, SD. --- Lisa did an awesome job helping us sell our old house and buy a new house. She is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend her to any family member or friend. She went well above and beyond what she needed to in our situation. We had issues on both side with our buyers and our sellers and she really helped us through the process staying positive in a very stressful situation. She is a very professional person and I appreciate all that she did for us!!

Bought a home in 2015 in Shindler, Sioux Falls, SD 57108. --- Lisa did an outstanding job for our family. There were several hiccups that came about regarding the sale of our previous home and if it wasn't for her we would have bailed on purchasing our new home. Thankfully we didn't because we absolutely love it. Lisa went above and beyond in many instances, in many occasions, doing the job of the individual who was supposed to have been representing us in the sale of our previous home. Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $175K in Harrisburg, SD. --- Lisa did such a wonderful job helping us sell our home and buy a new one. Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $375K in Sioux Falls, SD. --- Lisa worked with me and my fiancé to sell 2 homes in different communities and purchase a home together in a 3rd community. Her ability to not only find us the perfect home, but also work out the timing of the closings with all parties in such a manner that we were able to move into our new home without carrying an additional mortgage. I didn't think it could be done. Awesome work!

Sold a Single Family home in 2005 in Sioux Falls, SD. --- Lisa is an outstanding realtor. She inspired trust and confidence in her abilities from the first time I met her by explaining the market, the processes and answering my general questions about living in Sioux Falls. She also helped me to understand the market and how to price my home when it was sold. I couldn’t be in the home when it was sold, and Lisa checked on the house and provided weekly updates so I didn’t have to worry. She also graciously removed several items that I left in the home before the buyers moved in. I would ask Lisa to handle all of my real estate transactions wherever I live—she is that GOOD!

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 in Jackson, MI. --- I have been working with Lisa for nearly one year now during the short-sale process of my home and she has done an outstanding job on all levels. A short-sale is a most difficult process and she knows far better than most how to sell a home successfully under those conditions. I do not have to worry about anything with Lisa on the job for me as she quickly handles all of my concerns and takes care of all the documents required for my home to close.
