I am HIGHLY recommending Lissa Label. She was on point with ALL the details of our house sale and kept us exceptionally well informed every step of the way!! The recommendations she made to us turned out to be absolutely perfect and I am sure we cleared much more profit due to those insights/suggestions that she recommended.

I’m sure it was a challenge due to need to deal with 4 different people in the sale of our parent’s home. And since none of us lived in the area, Lissa took on extra responsibilities with charm & hard work. If you are considering hiring Lissa…..all I have to say is…don’t hesitate!

We had very little knowledge about selling our house except that we wanted to sell it as is, and the least amount of work at our end.
Lissa totally understood our wishes and presented us with a definite clear plan for the sale. Her confidence and determination won our trusts, and made us at ease.
The plan for painting and staging was spot on with reasonable expenses. She presented an extremely desirable home through excellent photos and videos, and our house was even featured in the New York Times!

We worked with Lissa in late 2021 to help us find our new home in the West LA area. Choosing her as our agent was the smartest thing we ever did. Her knowledge of the LA area as whole was evident from the moment that we met with her, as was her willingness to do whatever it takes find us the perfect home.
My wife and I were initially focused on the West Hollywood area and Lissa found us some good options to consider. At one point, she even submitted an offer on our behalf. After further thought, we had some hesitancy with the transaction which Lissa picked up on immediately. While many agents, seeing an opportunity to close a deal, might have motivated us to push through, Lissa encouraged us to follow our instincts and hold off for the right place that were felt 100% sure about. Through her experience, she helped us expand our search area to nearby cities that provided us with the urban exposure we were looking for. On a whim, she suggested we look at a place in Los Feliz, which we immediately loved. She guided us through the negotiation process and worked with us through what ended up being a challenging inspection/closing process, setting up all the necessary specialist appointments and dealing with the sell side (not an easy transaction!). In the end, we got the place at a phenomenal price which ultimately included a significant credit paid by the seller to accommodate important repairs identified during the inspection process (which Lissa pushed for). Ultimately, we embarked on an extensive remodel, with the contractor we used coming directly from a recommendation from Lissa and one of her past clients. In the end, we ended up exactly where we were supposed to be, in a home that we were able to design from the ground up and all in a great area and school district for our daughter. And to think we never would have considered Los Feliz as an option were it not for Lissa. She still checks in on us from time to time, even supporting us with various owner-related questions that inevitably arise after the purchasing process has been completed.
Buying a house is tough. So many hurdles and obstacles to navigate, and that’s assuming everything goes smoothly. You need someone to guide you through the process to make sure your best interests are addressed. After going through the process with Lissa, I wouldn’t consider using anyone else but her on my next real estate transaction. I highly recommend you do the same.

I can’t speak highly enough of my experience working with Lissa Lebel. I don’t generally write reviews, but Lissa was an absolute gem to work with so I had to share my experience. As a first-time homebuyer and single mother to two young children with little knowledge of the market and the home buying process, Lissa thoroughly helped to answer all of my questions and gave solid and honest advice. She genuinely cares about her clients; it was apparent from day one of working with her that she wasn’t in it to get a quick sell she truly wanted to get to know me and cared about finding the perfect home for me and my children.

After I looked at what is now my home, Lissa could see my excitement of picturing my family in the house and immediately after leaving the property, unbeknownst to me called the listing agent to share with him my enthusiasm for the home and expressed how she really wanted this to work out for me. She pleaded with the listing agent to not allow this to go into a bidding war. She truly fought for me and always looked out for my best interests. As a first-time home buyer, the entire process was completely seamless from start to finish and I attest that to Lissa’s attentiveness and hard work.

Lissa made herself available to answer questions or to talk through things day or night, her communication was always spot-on making sure everything was moving as it should during the closing process. Lissa, Lissa, Lissa ! We love Lissa ! Here is our story - I moved my Mom from Eagle Rock , California to Missoula, Montana so as to be able to care for her . My Mom did not want to either sell nor even rent her home out as she was convinced she would eventually return to her home . Lissa is a friend of a friend , who introduced us from afar . We began conversations with Lissa regarding the slight possibility of
finally selling my Mom's home , which had been sitting empty by that time for 20 months . Through a few conversations , Lissa came up with the brilliant idea of simply showing my Mom's house without us needing to go to Los Angeles during Covid to clear the house out . She had spectacular professional photos taken and the house went on the market on a Wednesday . From Thursday to Sunday she had 66 appointments for showings . We received 14 solid offers, and chose 7 of these offers to allow to submit counter offers . We then received 4 offers well over a million dollars ! After we settled in with our chosen buyer and entered into escrow we then , ( having received our vaccinations against Covid ) went to L.A. to clear out the house . Lissa made certain we had an extended closing to allow the time to sort through 43 years of memories . The whole experience couldn't have gone any smoother . Lissa also connected us with a local Sotheby's agent here in Missoula ( the Managing Broker , no less ) to purchase a home here in Missoula . Missoula's market is as competitive as Eagle Rock's . We are now in escrow on our dream home here in Missoula, in fact the inspection is happening right this moment ! We highly recommend Lissa Lebel . Can we give her 15 stars ?

It can be a blessing or a curse when you do business with a friend. For us, it was a great blessing!! Lissa’s instincts about what kind of buyers we should target were spot on. She had a vision for staging our home and a company who executed seamlessly. As first time sellers, we received tremendous advice on how to prep our home, both where we should prepare to spend money and what we should skip. Before our home even hit the MLS, we had an above asking, all cash offer and - thanks to her smarts - two solid backup offers over asking. Even though our first offer fell out, we had calm, rational advice and were soon in escrow with a backup offer. The buyers and their agent were managed respectfully and efficiently by Lissa and we ended up closing in a very short amount of time with an above asking offer. We said often in the following weeks how lucky we were to have someone like Lissa, who paid such attention to detail and went above and beyond for us as clients. As her friend, I also know this is just how she exists in the world as a person. She is smart, she has a sincere and friendly proactiveness to her agenting and she goes above and beyond for her clients. I really cannot say enough about Lissa and the above and beyond service we received from her. This was a trust sale, and in the middle of all that, we had to deal with a complete remodel due to a fire. Lissa worked with us from beginning to end and most of the time doing tasks for us that were above and beyond what was expected of her. I was handling this trust sale on behalf of my elderly mother, and I live out of state, but that didn’t hinder anything at all, mostly because of Lissa. She dealt with contractors, picked out finishes, did walkthroughs for us, and most importantly handled everything with such care, like it was her own property. She was so great with my mother, explaining everything in detail, and was so incredibly patient. I really don’t have the words to describe our appreciation. Lissa was also able to bring buyers in just as we were going on the market, and even though she double ended the deal, she treated us as though we were her only clients, as did she with the buyers I’m sure. There was never a moment that we didn’t trust her. When all said and done, from construction to close of escrow, I think we worked with her for 8 months. She was professional and courteous throughout the entire process. If you’re in the market to buy or sell, I cannot recommend Lissa enough. Best of all, I made a new friend in her. Prior to working with Lissa as my listing agent in Los Angeles, I knew her years before when we both lived in London where she had been a sales executive at HBO.

When it came time to list my condo/townhouse in LA prior to my move back to Europe, I chose her because I knew her work ethic and that she is an honest straight shooter

From the beginning when discussing numbers, she explained the current Los Feliz market and what we needed to do together as a team to achieve my desired sale price.

I was initially resistant to suggestions such has painting and staging, but after she shared her market knowledge, I understood she had a strategy and knew who we needed to target.
