Lita Luhrsen

An active leader in the South Bay community, Lita Luhrsen is an agent with integrity and a specialist in single and multi-family seller and buyer representation, home remodels, and home staging. An MBA graduate, Lita is founder and CEO of Youth Renovation, a non-profit organization whose mission is to empower the lives of at risk, teen aged youth by providing employment in home construction. 20% of Lita's sales are donated to Youth Renovation for this cause. With a background in teaching, Lita strongly believes that opening doors and paving a road for our youth is essential to their healthy future. Lita Luhrsen is fluent in Spanish and Italian and is known for going the extra mile when assisting her clients. Lita's Professional Home Staging Accreditation allows her to not only list a home, but also get clients top dollar by staging it.
