Livia Smith has been a Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Clients’ Choice from the time she earned her Real Estate License in 2007. Her husband has also earned his License here in Colorado.

She has over 35 years of experience in The Computer/Tech, Customer Service, Sales and Design industries with positions ranging from Sales Account Executive, Management, Event/Banquet Manager, Senior Buyer/ Senior Product Manager Software for one of the worlds largest Computer Products Distributors managing one of the Company’s largest volume and gross profit software accounts, as well as managing a team of individuals. Responsibilities included - developing market share, control inventory and purchases, served as the primary contact for manufacturers, secured distribution rights, assisted in contract negotiations, communicated opportunities, strategies and new products to the sales organization and subsidiaries. Negotiated special pricing, terms, freight and volume purchases. Maximized our competitive position and strategized with marketing on sales promotions. She has also worked for one of Colorado Springs Top Designers and was responsible for Marketing, in Store Design, Merchandising, Parade of Homes coordination and Sales. She is a Professional Stager and has obtained her Home Staging Expert certification, and she is also a member of RESA (Real Estate Staging Association).
