With a lifelong passion for homes, the design of homes and the potential for one to put their unique touch on a property and make a home truly their own, Liz Clark transitioned from a highly successful career in capital medical sales to real estate. With experience working with various realtors in the buying and selling of her personal homes, Liz noticed the differences in their service, processes and negotiation skills. Through those experiences, she realized that she has a lot to offer through her 20 years of experience in consulting, contract negotiation, professionalism and impeccable attention to detail and follow up.

Liz holds a true passion for real estate and consulting with others to find the ideal home that suits their lifestyle and characteristics. Each home is different, and she prides herself on finding the “one” that fits each family’s lifestyle. Understanding that your home is one of your biggest assets, Liz works to maximize the value of your home and brings the most value to your home, whether the market is up or down. The key to success in real estate is the ability to truly listen to client needs, and Liz ensures those needs are taken care of at all costs. She takes pride in not building customers, but rather building relationships.

When she is not helping clients find their dream homes, Liz spends her time oil painting, collecting local artwork, entertaining, dog sitting and meeting new friends. She holds a BBA with double majors in Marketing and Computer Information Systems from the University of Central Arkansas. Liz is licensed in Tennessee and specializes in real estate in the Memphis market and the surrounding area.
