Liz Seitz loves houses and horses. She believes you should spend your life working in a profession that is your passion. She started out in the legal field while living in Colorado. But she did not feel enthusiastic about it, so she moved here to West Virginia and spent the last 20 years collaborating with horses. She is loved every moment of her time spent with them, but now she feels called to her other passion: real estate. As a real estate investor for the past 20 years, she understands the value of houses and that, even when a house is your home, it still has a financial value.

But a house is more than just three bedrooms, two baths and a walk-in closet. Most of the time it is just a feeling about a house that makes it the right one for you. She believes it is her job as your agent to utilize her life coaching training to help you clarify what it is in a house that makes it the right one for you. Because for her, it is not so much about the real estate as it is in helping people attain a dream. There is no better feeling than being a part of one of the most important journeys people take and helping it be a rewarding one.
