Lois Fein

Lois has been a real estate professional for the past 17 years. Lois's husband and partner, John Schwartz, the other half of Team Lois and John, moved to Boynton Beach, Florida in December 2020. While keeping our team going at Keller Williams City Views in Fort Lee, NJ, they will now be serving new clients at Keller Williams Innovations in Boynton Beach. As background, Lois was active in her community of Edgewater, NJ, where she served as an elected Councilwoman and a member of the Planning Board. She would like to think that she contributed to making her tiny town into a premier destination on the Hudson River Gold Coast. She was a founder and President of AHOME (Affordable Housing of Metropolitan Edgewater) whose mission is to provide affordable OWNED housing to qualified families and President of the Edgewater Beautification Committee. She is proud to say that The New Jersey Association of Realtors (NJAR) honored her with the 2006 Good Neighbor Award –Third Place - for this project and that Bergen County Habitat for Humanity honored her with the Builder of Year Award for the same project that year. While serving the town, she became very familiar with property values and what can be done to enhance them. So, when she chose her new profession, it was logical to choose real estate. Their closed transaction volume for their combined 37 years is over $300,000,000. As a REALTOR®/Sales Associate with Keller Williams for the past 4 years and previously with Sotheby's, she has been able to utilize her knowledge of housing market, her contacts and her years of sales and marketing experience to create value for their clients. Both John and Lois think out of the box to find solutions to problems and have been highly successful in assisting their clients to buy and sell homes. They came to be known through their staging of every one of our listings. Team Lois and John was ranked the #1 (New Jersey) Gold Coast Real Estate Team, in the Top 25 of our Sotheby's office, the top 100 at Bergen County Partners (2020), the top echelon of Keller Williams Metropolitan area (NY, NJ and CT) and more. They have been consistently top producers among all agents in New Jersey. In addition, they have each won numerous Circle of Excellence Sales Awards; the Distinguished Sales Club as of 2016.
