Loren Gerber

Loren has over 50 years of experience in real estate and an extensive management background in manufacturing with past professional positions including Plant Manager, Purchasing, Finance and Corporate Real Estate.
Loren has been involved in developing and selling primary and secondary homes and condominiums for many years. He founded two home construction companies responsible for building over 200 homes throughout Southwest Michigan. His companies have completed eight residential land development projects.
Specializing in commercial and industrial sales, he is one of four founding Brokers of Core Real Estate Inc. and one of the company’s top producers for all 25 of its years in business.
