Literally cannot say enough good about my experience working with Lori! She was referred to my husband and I by one of his coworkers, who also had an awesome experience with Lori, and we are so grateful. To give perspective, we had a very different experience in our first home buying attempt (that ultimately fell through) so we were on high alert from the start; we knew what it was like to have a not-so-good agent, in other words. We know now that we need not have worried, since this time we were working with Lori, and it was like night and day!!

When we first reached out to Lori, we actually expected to leave a message and we’re surprised (and happy) to be able to speak with her right then and there on the phone! She was excellent at staying in contact with us through the entire process.

As with any house buying experience, we had some ups and downs, but one thing that never wavered was Lori’s support, professionalism, knowledge, and smile. We got all the way past inspection on a different house from the one we ended up with, and Lori was the calming voice of reason that kept us on track and reassured us not to despair. And ultimately, it has lead us to our beautiful new home!

All in all, if you are looking to buy or sell a house, my husband and I give the highest recommendation to you to select Lori Beulah as your agent. She is the one you want at the helm, navigating your way through the metaphorical house-buying storm. You will not regret it!!

We first met Lori Beulah four years ago. She worked with us, as a buyer, to find a summer home in Campbell. She patiently and relentlessly kept looking and taking us to see any available home that was in our price range. Finally, after fifteen tries, we found what we wanted!
During that time, Lori was always pleasant, professional, conscientious and very helpful. She handled every detail of our closing and made sure we were kept well informed throughout the entire purchase negotiations.
Now, four years later, we again called upon Lori. This time, it was to help us sell our home. Not only was she knowledgeable, but she did anything a seller could expect from a realtor and much more! She spent time with us before the actual listing, suggesting some things that would make our house sell faster and at a higher price. In fact, she actually went over and above what she was expected to do to help us accomplish our goal!
She held an Open House two days after she listed our home and we received two bids from prospective buyers. She went over the two offers with us and we listened to her advice and VOILA our house is sold to the highest bidder.

Lori has helped our family with finding homes 2 times now. Once 3 years ago for our first time home purchase. The process was easy and she was helpful throughout!
