We worked with Lori to sell our home. Lori made some suggestions that we implemented. Just after listing, the market began to slow down a bit. By being flexible and willing to adjust, we received a full price offer. During the process, there were a few bumps in the road that we created ourselves, but with Lori’s help she got us through them and to the closing table. We are very grateful for her professional experience and encouragement.

Being first time home buyers in a competitive housing market I had reservation about the process. However, Lori made the entire process simple to understand and overall fun. From the very beginning to the very end Lori was incredibly responsive at getting back to us along with keeping us up to date on every aspect. She was very caring and willing to help with anything we asked, and we closed way faster than I ever thought! I would highly recommend her to anybody that asks!!

I first contacted Lori in early March 2020, just before the pandemic really set in for everyone. I was looking for a small 3 bedroom that I could hunker down in with my children and pets. That never panned out but in the several conversations I had with her, I felt we really clicked and told her I would contact her if I were ever to begin the search again. Fast forward three months to early June 2020 when I went to an open house and found the house to have a contingent offer by the next morning. That same day I contacted Lori and told her what I was looking for this time. Within several days she had half a dozen homes lined up for me to see and then two days later we saw another five. Two days after that, my offer was accepted on the second to last home we saw! What followed was a whirlwind of activity but all orchestrated by Lori in such an easy to understand format. She arranged for inspectors and a survey, referred me to attorneys and insurance agents (I'm not from the area), and less than five weeks after first seeing the property, we closed on it! Lori made the process so easy, I still can't believe how quickly we were able to finalize the deal! Her knowledge of the area as well as the resources required to maintain a home are amazing. All that and a very friendly, upbeat demeanor made for a wonderful transaction! It was an absolute pleasure working with her.
