The process begins before you ever put a home on market or start viewing new ones. It is a collegial process which involves setting the stage for both expectations and next steps. On the listing side, I develop a distinct and unique marketing strategy that includes a thorough competitive market analysis, assistance with staging, preparing the property for the market, top notch photographers, videographers, technological devices and outlets, and plans for presenting the property timely to the marketplace. In addition, I am adept at directed social media postings to ensure that your home is viewed by the most likely buyer for YOUR home.

Buyers also require their own due diligence such as exploring commute times, neighborhood desires and needs, price limits, setting expectations for new construction as well as older existing homes. I develop an action plan for buyers so when they find that perfect home, they are armed with the necessary information and are prepared to act on it.
