Lori was very professional throughout the process of selling our home. From our first meeting with her several months prior to listing out home we knew that Lori was the right agent for us to work with. We worked closely together in determining the listing price, staging of the property, and let Lori develop an impressive marketing campaign. Lori was absolutely amazing when she represents us as buyers. Lori is a seasoned agent who had the knowledge, vendor resources and the right temperament for her clients.
We were not local during the process and Lori was always willing to check out a neigborhood for us, FaceTime a walk through or meet us at the property when we were in town. She allowed us our proper space to process if we liked the home and was upfront about her opinion of the property whether it be good or bad when asked. She never was just looking for a quick close on a house.
After months of being picky, we finalized on a property and she stayed on top of the closing docs, the loan processor and keeping the whole process on track. This was huge as at moments we were concerned about the deal getting delayed or falling apart and she quickly got involved.
One other note, is a shout out to her husband Bob the Builder, he and Lori could eyeball and give you rough numbers on projects to help keep things in perspective. They could also identify strengths or weaknesses in a home. It was reassuring to have Bob confirm we were getting a great house.
She works hard, identifies her clients needs and will be your biggest advocate, I highly recommend her.
