* promoting your property to my fellow salespeople, through advertising, flyers, open houses, personal contacts, the Northern New England Real Estate Network.
This includes showing your house to qualified buyers.
* continuously researching the market to be sure you receive the highest price for your property, in the shortest period of time, with the least amount of inconvenience to you.
* evaluating different financing programs best suited for buyer and seller
* analyzing and presenting all offers on your property
* coordinating the efforts of all those involved in the sale: buyers and seller, lawyers and lenders, insurers and building inspectors
* keeping you updated as to the status of our progress in selling your property
