Lori did an outstanding job selling our house. She walked us through the entire process and let us know what we could expect. She helped us determine an attractive price and brought qualified buyers. Closing was quick and easy. Lori went above and beyond what anyone could expect of their realtor. She was always available for advice and assistance. Well, we both struggled on selling my house but it was nobodies fault. I went under contract 6 times before selling. 5 of them just couldn't get a loan. Lori was great! She kept on it and she provided me with good and trust worthy contractors for any repairs that needed to be done prior to selling. The only reason I gave her an average rating on the local knowledge was because that was her 1st time listing and selling a property in that area of Denver CO. She allowed me to call all the shots but still gave great advise to help me make a better decision. In reality Lori DID NOT make a whole lot in her commission because she sacrificed some of it to the next realtor to put my house under contract and close on a certain day. Even though this was my 1st time selling a house, Lori did a great job. It was a real up hill struggle but we got it done and I couldn't ask for a better realtor on my side. -Alex

As a first time home buyer even thought of buying house is very daunting . I am glad I had Lori as my agent. I can't overemphasize my delight, appreciation and gratitude for Lori Reeve. Her impeccable knowledge, experience, professionalism, dedication, attention, charisma, creativity and negotiating prowess are unsurpassed by any other Realtor whom I've enountered. Lori gathered detailed information and created stunning marketing techniques, prior to hitting the MLS. As I result, when I put my house on the market, I had EIGHT showings scheduled and 2 offers - on the very first day! (a 3rd offer was in the works.) Within 48 hours, I was under contract...AND we closed just 2 weeks later! This is particularly amazing for a mountain property!! We began looking for a home in the fall of 2013. I didn't know any agents that I was particularly fond of so I submitted an inquiry and recieved her at random. Lori was excellent about setting up appointments and helping us sort through houses. Lori was not the stereotypical used car salesmen type of agent and would help point out flaws and issues without trying to gloss over them. This really improved my trust in her when I could tell that she was looking out for our best interests and not just for a quick paycheck. Once we found our home, she helped negotiate a better price as well as getting several concessions from the previous owner that suprised even me. I negotiated a mortgage on my own with a company of my choosing and never felt any grief or pressure from her. I would definitely call Lori again if we were to look for a house in the future. -Alan

Lori sold my house the summer of 2015. My house needed a lot of TLC and Lori’s help in deciding what needed to be fixed was invaluable. I had a hard time making some decisions and she was always willing to come over to the house to help. She sold my house in one day after it was listed!
