To bad the limit here is only 5 stars, because I would give Lori Ringle 10 stars if possible! Lori Ringle was referred to us by family members who have been blessed to have her help them buy a home(s). My husband and I currently live 1000 miles away from Omaha in Montana. We could not have found and bought our retirement home without the professional help of Lori Ringle. This lady is a work horse! She barely can find time to sleep! One cold night in Montana, my husband could not sleep so he got up and decided to play on his computer. He sent an email full of questions to Lori in the middle of the night, not realizing some people have their phone close by. The ding of his text on her phone woke her up, and instead of rolling over and going back to sleep and waiting for the next business day to respond, she replies right back in the middle of the night! Now, that is going way above and beyond the call of duty, in my opinion! Thank you so much Lori for everything you have done for us to make our upcoming move to Omaha a smooth transaction! We could not have done it without you!

Lori was a FANTASTIC realtor for us!! She took the time to answer my many, many questions on selling the house, especially since I was out of state. She is knowledgeable, responds quickly, and truly went ABOVE and BEYOND in helping us prepare the house and get it sold quickly and for a great price. My fiance and I absolutely loved our experience with Lori!! As first time homebuyers, the whole process seemed daunting and stressful starting out. But Lori made every step incredibly smooth and went out of her way to answer any questions we had, any hour of the day! Her professionalism and passion for the job was invaluable in guiding us step-by-step, from start to finish. From the day we first called her, to the day we closed, the whole process took less than two months. I know that would not have been the case if it wasn't for Lori!! We could tell right away how much she genuinely cares about her clients and making sure they find a home that they love! First of all, I would like to say that beyond Real Estate, Lori is an incredible person! She is kind, considerate, and highly intelligent! She worked so hard to help get us into our first home. As first time home buyers, we really didn't know the right questions to ask, and Lori was super transparent and helpful with understanding every step of the process! She helped us purchase the first home that we made an offer on (which happened to be only the second home that we toured). This is super rare and unheard of! But with Lori's negotiation tactics, we closed on the house in 30 days from making an offer! Lori was there for every step of the process, and she is super responsive and quick! You feel like a top priority when working with her. Lori is always on the ball and willing to get you a showing any time of day or night! She even was willing to drive to the house that we purchased during a blizzard for a showing! She gave us the sweetest house warming present, and made us feel so cared about! Lori is so committed and passionate about finding your new home, and she will help you get there! I will be sending anyone and everyone to her for their next home purchase. Thank you Lori!!!

My fiance and I loved our experience working with Lori. She was incredibly accommodating to our schedule with touring homes and was always available. Words cannot express how much it meant to have a realtor be so engaged and invested in our home buying and selling experience. Not only was she a delight to work with, she also connected us with helpful and equally invested people during the process, ranging from our mortgage contact to the photographer who helped put our home on the market. We can't recommend her highly enough and had an incredibly positive experience from start to finish!

We met Lori while looking at a house in a neighborhood that we were interested in. The house had tons of character but just one bedroom short of what we needed. At this time we didn't have an agent at all. Lori just told us just to let her know when we were ready she could help us out. She was very easy to talk to just like you were talking to a friend or a relative. About a week later we contacted Lori ask her to be our agent for us and started looking immediately on houses. Making arrangements for house showings was always easily accommodated by Lori. Being a first time buyer also she was able to answer my questions very easily and clearly for me. We found a house made contact later that night to put in an offer she walked us through the process very easily explain all the steps and felt comfortable knowing what she had told me. For me the best part of the house hunting was that she was a people person, somebody you could just text or call at anytime she would get back to you pretty much right away that's what made the process easier for us. She would also ask how you doing are you doing okay. I would recommend Lori to anyone who's looking for a house whether you are a current homeowner or soon to be a new first-time owner.

As a first time home buyer, Lori was an amazing realtor. She explained the process to me in depth on our first interaction and was very informative about what to expect. While I did not have exact specifications for home I wanted (other than a basic budget), Lori was able to help me figure out what I did not want, which in turn led to knowing what I did want. She was integral in helping me have my first offer approved and then guiding me step-by-step through the inspection and appraisal process. She is very responsive (usually within a few hours) and knowledgeable about the Omaha and surrounding areas. She cares very much about her clients and works very hard to ensure they find a home that they are going to love. You will be in GREAT hands with her.

Lori was absolutely amazing with guiding us through the whole house buying process. There was never a scenario where she either did not know the answer or was not able to get us an answer to a question within a very respectable amount of time. We were living in Tennessee throughout the entire house-buying process, so her flexibility and willingness to work with us while 900 miles away made the whole process for us as stress-free as she could make it.

We could have not been more pleased and thankful to have Lori as our agent.
