I met Lori in 2003 doing a basic internet search for realtors in Columbus, Ohio (obviously her website SEO is phenomenal). We met and immediately I was comfortable and confident in her abilities to help find us a home. After a lengthy search, Lori guided us to a new home community that was off our radar - turns out the builder was one of the best in Columbus. Lori NEVER pressured us into buying a home, even though many times we spoke about opting out of our contract due to difficulties in locating that perfect home. She was very consistent and supportive of us and made sure we found that perfect home with that perfect builder. After several years in our home, we relocated and needed to sell - we hired Lori to then sell our home. Again she was very supportive with us, deciding pricing and helping us stage our home for viewings. During the beginning of the 2008 housing burst, our home sold within 8 months of being listed. We only dropped the price once and Lori was able to effectively market and get our home sold very close to asking price. I consider Lori a lifelong friend. She is loyal, caring, dedicated, passionate and very knowledgeable of the Columbus real estate market. If given the opportunity a third time, there'd be no doubt who I'd hire - Mrs.Selling Columbus, Lori Swearingen!
