Started my Real Estate Career in 1972. Went through many phases of management, Regional Trainer, National speaker, Toastmasters Gold, President of Toastmaster club, Area Governor, Member of CAR Statewide Delegation to Washington, Former Vice President of Century 21 International, Regional Director of over 175 Franchisees, with over 3500 Agents, Instructor for Prudential California Realty for Southern California, Mentor, Coach and Trainer for over 2000 agents. Personally involved in over 2200 closed Transactions in some manner. Attended both University of Santa Clara & University of San Francisco. Awarded BS in Business administration and Philosophy. Attended 2 years of Law School at University of San Francisco & Trinity College for certification in Pastoral Counseling.
Now serve as Mentor, Trainer and Coach primarily in Mission Viejo California with Evergreen Realty as well as Agent for my own personal transactions. Primary cities are Mission Viejo, Lake Forest, Rancho Santa Margarita, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Dana Point, and San Clemente.
