Loy Hall

Loy Hall has over 12 years in Real Estate including Team Leader for the 5280 REsults Team, Property Management and Real Estate Investing. With Loy’s experience in Real Estate and her Education background, she has an eye for detail. Loy is an integral part of the Southwest Office and brings her passion for Real Estate, success and marketing to ensure that our clients receive the excellent service they deserve. Loy ensures that our clients are “clients for life.”

Loy is a Colorado Native and prides herself on knowing not only the state but also the neighborhoods in and around the Denver Metro Area. As a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder with B.A. in English, she found her purpose while teaching high school English and helping students achieve their goals. On weekends you may find Loy hiking the trails, skiing and snowboarding with her family, or “playing local” to one of the many mountain towns! Customers and their needs always come first in any transaction.
