Lucas Chavez

Lucas Chavez is a conscientious realtor with unwavering devotion to his clients’ success. His commitment to assisting others to accomplish their real estate goals is paired with a focus on creating fruitful relationships built upon honest, straight forward communication. Transparency is key for Lucas when building successful client relationships.

Lucas was born and raised in West Covina, CA. Growing up in the San Gabriel Valley, he chose to remain close to family while furthering his education at Azusa Pacific University and graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology. Throughout college, Lucas recognized his passion for community engagement and helping others succeed. Adaptability became a key strength as Lucas spent multiple service-learning programs abroad before graduating in 2012.

Following his college experience, Lucas joined his long-time friend in a new business venture within the luxury design/ swimming pool construction industry. It was during this tenure that Lucas found a new passion for entrepreneurship and identifying a property’s potential through design and construction. Prior to real estate, Lucas has designed hundreds of properties bringing to life the potential clients did not think possible. Understanding of design and construction processes has enabled Lucas to bring a new perspective when clients are searching for a new home, maximizing the sale price of their own, or simply in the market for a “diamond in the rough” investment opportunity.
