My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Lucy. I had briefly worked with Lucy to rent a home that she was managing. I remember that she went above and beyond to live video the home for us being out of town, but we decided on something else. When it came time to find a home I didn't hesitate to reach out to Lucy because I knew from this previous experience that she would go the extra mile to help us find our new home in Tampa. Lucy was willing to show us homes all over Pasco and Hillborough counties. She was patient while we waited to see what would happen to the housing market and decided on a new build. She has great knowledge of the industry, always responds promptly to our inquiries, very personable and supportive. I would highly recommend Lucy to anyone!

Lucy is the best! She rented and managed our house in Florida for years, when we moved out of state. She was always on top of our renters needs and our needs. When it was time to sell, she was just wonderful. We were worried for no being there for the listing process and sale, but sure enough, Lucy was on point and made the whole transaction worry free for us. If one day, we have to go on the process of buying or selling in Florida, Lucy will be our choice for realtor. She is knowledgeable, kind, and knows how to make buyer/seller life easy. Thanks Lucy!
