At first meeting Mrs. Villanueva I found her to be very friendly. She is most competent, and reliable in her trade. Home buying or selling is a task in itself and clients such as myself can be a bit intimidate by all that it entails, and will have many questions and ideas. Mrs. Villanueva listened to my concerns, and not only answered my many questions but was able to put my mind ease throughout my process by providing up to date information to my questions and supporting those detailed items that I felt were necessary to my needs.
