While growing up in a small town outside of Portland, Maine, Luis’ family began vacationing in Orlando to escape those long New England winters. As the getaways became more frequent, his family began investing in short term rental properties near Disney World. As a teenager, Luis would help his parents market and book their rental properties, and from there came his love for both real estate and the Sunshine State.

Since moving to Florida in 2011 to launch his real estate career, Luis has established himself as a reputable figure in Orlando’s luxury market. His expertise in the residential and vacation home market near Disney earned Luis the moniker the Disney Real Estate Wizard. Luis’ 5,250,000 sale of 881 Golden Bear Dr was the first ever resale in Reunion Resort over 5 million and the highest price per square foot in Osceola County in 14 years.
