Mr. Martinez is an exceptional agent. He sits down with you and ask questions that what exactly are you looking for in your home. Example type of roof (never thought of that) rooms. Type of house and why. Important things stairs no stairs, sun room ECT. He is on time for appointment. He is there before you get there. He returns your calls, e-mail in a timely manner. His appearance is neat. All in all you feel that he has your interest at heart. You can disagree, he listen. I can say I was not easy to deal with but he kept his professionalism. I thank him from the button of my heart for being him. You will never regret having him as your agent.

Luis really knows how to go that extra mile to ensure my needs are met. It was my first home I have ever purchased and he knew exactly how to answer all my questions. My friends recommended Luis after they had such an easy time buying and selling their houses. I had only had the initial thought of buying a house which made me nervous and wasn't quite sure what I was getting myself into. After only 1 meeting with Luis, I walked out confident as ever that I could do this! He laid out all the steps of house buying process, answered any and all questions, and gave recommendations for contacts for mortgage brokers, insurances, home inspectors, all of which were just as helpful during the process. After only 8 days of house searching, he found the perfect place and within 1 day, offer was accepted!!! I can't thank him enough for helping find my new beach home.

To continue on how great Luis is, I of course had told my mom on how painless and easy the process had been with Luis to the point where when she received a job offer in Norfolk and would have to relocate the rest of the family from NJ, my mother called Luis and started the house hunting process before even telling the rest of the family about the move.

I can not say enough about the wonderful experience I had. As a travel nurse working 1800 miles away from where I wanted to buy my home, I was terrified. Luis and his team did everything possible to make this easy for me from considering time zones to communicating by email so they didn't wake me after a shift.
This entire experience was smooth and seamless, if I could give 10 stars I would!

If you are looking for the BEST realtor... look no further. Luis helped us find and later sell our house when we moved. When working with us, he always made us feel like we were his only clients. He ran detailed metrics on the online activity for our home advertisements and those nearby, hosted a bunch of open houses for us, and went above and beyond marketing our home in the local community. He was very upfront about everything, helped greatly with major decisions, and truly was an advocate for us. He also has a brilliant network of contractors, loan agents, etc. in the area who can take care of everything for you. He was able to find someone to come and make a repair for us ON CLOSING DAY when the buyers had a last minute request that might delay closing. This is not just a job for him... helping people find and sell their homes truly is his passion, and it shows. I have since moved to another area and can tell you that having worked with 2 realtors here, there is NO comparison. I truly do not think a better realtor exists. Let him help you buy or sell your home. You will not be disappointed.

I was thankful for his professional service as a realtor as he helped us in many ways from recommending landscape company to a licensed electrician contractor.
