Luisa’s first experience with real estate was working as an assistant to her sister, who is a real estate agent in the Dallas, TX area. Surprisingly, much of her career was not spent in real estate, but with industries as diverse as Music Therapy, Telecomm, and Semiconductors. The common thread was Luisa’s passion and ability for exceptional customer care/service, and helping others be more successful. Wanting to work with high-performing professionals, and with encouragement from friends and family, Luisa jumped at the opportunity to join Blackburn Properties as a real estate agent.
Leveraging her wide variety of experiences and skills, Luisa is committed to providing outstanding client services, high-tech marketing techniques, personal touches, and skilled negotiating with her client’s best interest at heart. She strongly believes that it is her duty to represent her clients to the best of her ability, and to educate them throughout every step of the process, so that Luisa’s clients make the best decisions possible.
She has a Bachelor of Music and a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies. Luisa enjoys playing music for church, weddings, and other special occasions, and has taught private music instruction for over 20 years. Luisa also likes going out for morning jog-walks, and love baking and trying new recipes. Luisa is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, and currently lives in Austin, TX with her husband and 2 children.
